The data controller is the organisation operating your portal (tenant). Contact details are shown on your login page and in your account settings.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, business email, company name, mobile number, password (hashed)
- Usage data: login activity, campaigns sent, credits used, API access logs
- Contact data: phone numbers and optional custom fields you upload for messaging
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store transaction references, not full card numbers
3. How we use data
We use your data to:
- Provide and secure the platform
- Send SMS on your behalf to your contacts
- Process payments and generate invoices
- Send service emails (verification, welcome, reports where enabled)
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)
Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (platform security and improvement), and consent where required (e.g. marketing opt-in).
5. Sharing
We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the service (hosting, SMS carriers, payment provider, email delivery). We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
Account and contact data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion subject to legal and billing record requirements.
7. Your rights
You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact your portal administrator or support email to exercise these rights.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. You are responsible for protecting your password and API tokens.
