Welcome to our SMS management platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

We provide a web-based platform for sending and managing SMS campaigns, contacts, and related reporting. Features available to your account depend on your tenant configuration and subscription.

2. Acceptable use

You must:

  • Only send messages to contacts who have opted in or who have an existing lawful relationship with your organisation
  • Comply with UK GDPR, PECR, and applicable telecoms regulations
  • Use a business email address and accurate company details at registration
  • Keep your login credentials and API tokens secure

You must not send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited marketing content.

3. Credits and billing

SMS credits are purchased in advance and deducted when messages are sent. Credit bundles and rates are shown at purchase. Refunds for unused credits are handled according to your provider's support policy.

4. Data

You retain ownership of your contact data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or third-party carrier issues may affect delivery.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including message non-delivery by third-party networks.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
